Paul H. is an experienced global manufacturing leader currently serving as the Global Programs Manager for Manufacturing Engineering at BlueScope, where Paul leads change management initiatives focused on Asset Intelligence to enhance operational performance and user experience. Previously at Ford Motor Company, Paul held various pivotal roles including Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering for final assembly on a global scale, Launch Manager for the Ford Escort model in Asia Pacific, and Senior Engineer responsible for establishing a new greenfield plant in China. Paul’s background combines extensive knowledge in lean manufacturing with a proven track record in managing remote teams and complex engineering projects. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
