Damian Joyce has extensive work experience in the IT sector. Damian is currently working at BlueScope as the Head of Technology - Downstream Markets, Australian Steel Products. In this role, they provide IT support to various business units and ensures the delivery of effective and efficient IT solutions. Prior to this, Damian took a career break in 2019 and 2020. Before the career break, they worked at Ford Motor Company for many years, holding various IT management positions. In these roles, they managed portfolios of applications and IT investments, delivering solutions to support different business units and strategic initiatives. Damian also has experience working at Jaguar Land Rover as an IT Manager for multiple automotive brands.

Damian Joyce attended the University of Melbourne from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing.
