Joyce Tse O'Connell, PhD has worked as a Director of Medical Writing at BlueRock Therapeutics since 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Director of Medical Writing at bluebird bio from 2017 to 2021. Joyce also has experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Broad Institute from 2012 to 2017.

Joyce Tse O'Connell holds a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard Medical School. Joyce also has a PhD in Genetics from Harvard University. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
