Robert Kamfar is the founder and CEO of Bluerock since October 2002. Prior to that, they were the founder, chairman, and CEO of Einstein Bros Bagels from an unknown start year until 2002.

Robert Kamfar has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
