Ellie Hebb is an experienced Benefits Specialist at Blueprints since September 2020, where responsibilities include administering, coordinating, and monitoring benefit programs such as health insurance, vacation, FMLA, workers' compensation, safety, and wellness. Prior to this role, Ellie served as a Payroll and Wellness Specialist at the Oncology Nursing Society from June 2002 to April 2020, handling employee wellness programs, payroll processing, maintaining the HRIS system, and supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee problem resolution. Ellie holds a certificate as a Worksite Wellness Specialist from the National Wellness Institute and is an alumnus of Bradford Business School.
