Stefania Rinaldi has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Stefania'smost recent role is as a Commercial Director for Blueprint Medicines, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Director for Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd from October 2021 to May 2023. Stefania also served as a Senior Marketing Director for Novo Nordisk from February 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they held various roles at MSD Italia, including Marketing Director, Mature Brands, Brand & Customer Manager, Ophthalmology, Senior Product Manager, Respiratory, and Product Manager, Neurology. Stefania's early career involved working as a Sales Representative at MSD Italia and as an Account Executive at TOPS srl.

Stefania Rinaldi attended Sapienza Università di Roma from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Later, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Luiss Business School.
