Katie Kelly currently serves as Senior Manager of Compliance Operations at Blueprint Medicines, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Katie worked at Sanofi for five years, progressing from Senior Analyst to responsibilities involving the execution of desktop monitoring, internal reviews, and risk assessments focused on compliance. Katie began their career at Health Advances, where as Compliance Specialist, a compliance culture was built from the ground up, including employee training and report generation. Previous experience includes supporting clinical research at Joslin Diabetes Center and other healthcare-related administrative roles. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Simmons University.
