Justin Pierce currently serves as the Vice President of Recruiting Operations at Blueprint Consulting Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Justin was a Sales Executive at Eliot Management Group by Deluxe, where responsibilities included offering electronic payment solutions to small and medium businesses while independently managing the sales process. From 2017 to 2021, Justin held various leadership positions at Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, including Director of the Corporate Work Study Program, where Justin successfully exceeded annual revenue goals and enhanced operational efficiencies. Justin's earlier experience includes roles in business development and sales within the healthcare sector, as well as a proven track record in sales management and marketing strategies that drove significant revenue growth. Justin holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the SMU Cox School of Business.
