Micha Kooijman has a diverse work experience, with a concentration in software engineering and electrical work. They worked at BluePrint Automation (BPA) from 2015 to the present, starting as an Electronic Technician and progressing to the role of Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Kromwijk Elektrotechniek B.V. from 1996 to 2015, holding positions such as Service Technician and Assistant Technician.

Micha Kooijman's education history includes several qualifications in the field of elektrotechniek (electrical engineering). In 1996, they attended Minkema College (lokatie van Kempensingel) where they obtained a degree as an Assistant monteur in elektrotechniek. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they enrolled at ROC Midden Nederland and achieved a qualification as a Monteur Elektrotechniek. Continuing their education, from 2006 to 2007, Micha attended ROC Midden Nederland again and obtained a degree as a 1e monteur in Elektrotechniek. In 2007, they further pursued their education at the same institution and completed a Technicus degree in Elektrotechniek. Micha'smost recent educational endeavor took place in 2018 and 2019 at NCOI Opleidingen, where they obtained an HBO degree in Embedded system engineering.
