Joan Addley is a Customer Success Manager at Relo since August 2023, with a strong background in educational and technical support roles. Prior to Relo, Joan worked at the University of Galway, coordinating CPR skills sessions for nursing and midwifery students from September 2022 to May 2023. Joan's experience at Shopify spanned over seven years, including positions such as Team Lead for Technical Merchant Support and Program Operations for onboarding new hires in RnD Discovery. Joan also founded Helping Hearts, delivering CPR and First Aid training across Ireland for eight years. Joan holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Enterprise Development from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Training and Education from the University of Galway.
