Brandon Pierre has a diverse background in network operations and technical support, currently serving as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Blueport since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing escalated tickets and troubleshooting network issues. Previously, Brandon worked as a Warehouse Operations Specialist at UPS, handling inventory management and equipment operations, and as a DIA Representative at Granite Telecommunications, providing technical support and customer service. Brandon's early experience includes a role as an IT Help Desk Technician at Shriver Job Corps, assisting with IT operations. Brandon is also an alumnus of the Cisco Networking Academy, completing coursework in June 2019.
