Léa Nghiem is a senior consultant at bluenove, a French company that specializes in digital transformation. Léa has been with the company since April 2017. Prior to that, they were a consultant at Wavestone, where they worked on projects for the French government, including the implementation of new ways of working to promote innovation in the public sector. Léa also worked on strategic planning for transformation programs, process optimization, functional prefiguration, project management, and the definition and implementation of roadmaps. In addition, they have experience in change management and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Léa Nghiem has a Master II in Conseil et Expertise en Action publique from Sciences Po Toulouse and a Programa de Estudios Latinoamericanos from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
