Meg Gray has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Meg is currently working at Bluemercury as the Director of Merchandising, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Merchant at the same company since June 2021. Before joining Bluemercury, Meg worked at MAS ACME as a Product Manager from March 2018 to December 2020. Meg also gained valuable experience at Ralph Lauren, where they served as the Chaps International Merchandise Manager from September 2013 to March 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Assistant, Handbags at Tommy Hilfiger from July 2012 to May 2013. Meg began their career as an intern at ELIE SAAB, where they assisted in various tasks related to the preparation and execution of the Elie Saab Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2011 Runway show. Additionally, they gained internship experience at Calvin Klein, where they worked in roles such as Collection Sales Intern, Merchandising Intern, and Sourcing Intern between 2011 and 2012.

Meg Gray completed their Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising at the University of Delaware from 2008 to 2012. Meg then pursued an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2012. In 2011, Meg also attended the Paris American Academy for a short period, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
