Akhilesh Waghmare began their work experience in 2020 as a community member at BlueLearn (previously Clinify). In 2021, they joined Google Developers as a member of the Developer Students Club. In 2022, Akhilesh started working as a blogger at Medium.

Akhilesh Waghmare started their education journey in 2011 at Vivekanand Highschool Hadgaon, where they completed their primary and secondary education. Akhilesh then pursued a 12th degree in science from Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya, Nanded from 2017 to 2019. Currently, from 2020 to 2023, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University.

In addition to their formal education, Akhilesh Waghmare has also acquired various certifications. These include "AI For Everyone" from DeepLearning.AI in February 2022, "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)" from IBM in June 2021, "Programming for Everybody" from the University of Michigan in May 2021, "Data Science Orientation" from IBM in March 2021, "English for Career Development" from the University of Pennsylvania in February 2021, "Stanford Introduction to Food and Health" from Stanford University in February 2021, and "Digital Marketing" from Google in November 2020.
