Bailey James is currently working as an Associate Design Director at Blueland. Prior to this role, Bailey worked as a Graphic Designer at Urban Outfitters, where they designed digital marketing and promotional campaigns. Bailey has also worked as a Designer at Composite Co., mOb studio, Ripe, and Nh.d Studio. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.
