Nikola Stanisavljevic has a diverse work experience, with roles ranging from software development to general management. Nikola started their career in 2012 as a Software Developer at ABZ Reporting GmbH and then moved on to work as a Software Developer at Schneider Electric DMS NS in 2014. In 2015, they joined codecentric Serbia as a Software Developer before transitioning to a role as a Software Engineer at Instana in 2016. In 2018, they became the General Manager at Instana DOO Novi Sad before joining Casumo as a Data Engineer in 2019. Currently, they are working as a Data Engineer at BlueLabs since 2021.

Nikola Stanisavljevic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences. This degree was earned between the years 2007 to 2011. Afterwards, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering, with a specialization in Visualisation of Dimensional Data from XBRL Instance. This master's degree was awarded between 2011 and 2013, also from the Faculty of Technical Sciences.
