Kenneth Jackson is a seasoned Linux Administrator with extensive experience in large-scale hosting environments. Currently employed at Bluehost since August 2021, Kenneth focuses on installing and configuring virtual machines with LAMP, diagnosing system performance issues, and providing high-level customer support. Prior experience includes a similar role at Hostgator.com from November 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities encompassed advanced support for server hosting, troubleshooting LAMP stack issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. Kenneth began a career in education and business development before transitioning to IT, holding positions such as Teacher at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD and Business Development Officer at Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union.
