Vandana Ranchod is a seasoned Senior Recruiter with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently at Bluehawk Consulting since November 2018, Vandana contributes to the company's mission of sustainable growth and talent development following its acquisition of Valente Global. Prior to this, Vandana served as a Senior Recruiter at Valente Global, where notable clients included Microsoft and Amazon. Additional roles include Recruiter positions at HTC and a Recruiting Coordinator role at POP, along with a brief stint in HR compliance at Amazon and staffing at Microsoft. Vandana holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Washington and has pursued further education at Seattle Central College.
