Anda Udris, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS, is an experienced athletic trainer currently employed by Bluegrass Orthopaedics since June 2022, providing coverage for the Kentucky Cheer Academy. Udris has a diverse background, having worked with Athletic Training Solutions and USA Cheer since 2021 and 2014 respectively. In addition to roles at Varsity Spirit, which include university lecturer and head camp manager, Udris has also contributed as a freelance writer with Flocheer from 2016 to 2020. Previous experience includes serving as an assistant athletic trainer at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and as an athletic trainer at Oklahoma State University and Missouri State University, where varied responsibilities included supporting multiple sports teams and an extensive training background. Udris holds a Master's degree in Human Health and Performance from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Missouri State University, alongside competitive experience as a track and field sprinter.
