Francoise Caraguel currently serves as the Chief People Officer at BlueGrace Logistics, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership from previous roles as EVP - Chief Human Resources Officer at TPx Communications and PGi, both within the Siris Portfolio Company. Prior to these positions, Francoise held the title of VP HR & Global Chief Talent Officer at CSM Bakery Solutions and Global VP Learning & Talent Development at International Flavors & Fragrances. Francoise completed a Mastering Business Agility degree in Business Administration and Management at INSEAD from 2012 to 2013.
