Jim Naylor possesses extensive experience in the information technology field, currently serving as an Information Technology Field Technician at BluEdge since February 2002. In this role, Jim Naylor handles the installation, configuration, scheduled maintenance, and repair of reprographics and 3D printing equipment across commercial shops and client locations, while also fulfilling the duties of Service Manager. Jim Naylor is factory trained and certified in servicing and repairing complex office products from manufacturers such as KIP, OCE, Kyocera-Mita, Canon, and HP. Prior to BluEdge, Jim Naylor was a Sr. Systems Analyst at Imation from February 1994 to November 2001 and a Master Technician at 3M from February 1980 to February 1994, where roles included Master Field Service Technician.
