Stephanie Jacobs has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since July 2014. In this role, responsibility includes managing the full lifecycle recruitment process and assisting in the development of recruiting practices aligned with the Human Resources Department's goals. Previous experience includes positions as a Recruiter and Immigration Consultant, as well as roles as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Technician, providing comprehensive support for recruiting activities.
