Melissa Isbell has over 25 years of experience in behavioral health network management and innovation. Currently serving as the Manager of Behavioral Health Network Strategy & Innovation at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since April 2012, Melissa Isbell oversees provider network initiatives and develops integrated behavioral health strategies for multiple product lines. Previous roles include Manager of Provider Relations for BlueCare Tennessee, Director of Provider Relations at ValueOptions, and various positions at Magellan Health Services, focusing on mental health provider network development and contracting. Melissa Isbell holds an MBA in Health Administration from Bethel University and a BA in Behavioral/Social Science from the same institution.
