Murathan Sarayli has a strong background in software engineering and computer science. Murathan is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Bluecrew since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Zulily as a Software Engineer II from March 2022 to March 2023 and as a Software Engineer from July 2020 to July 2021.
Murathan also has experience in educational and advisory roles. Murathan gained valuable industry experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Zulily in the summer of 2019, working in a high-pressure environment and developing at scale using Java, JavaScript, React, and AWS.
Before their professional career, Murathan served as the Scholarship Chair for the Alpha Pi Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau from September 2018 to January 2019, where they promoted academic excellence among chapter members and assisted with their education planning. During their junior year in high school, they also volunteered as a Mathematics Science Tutor at Nanaimo District Secondary School, helping students with math and science-related problems.
From 2016 to 2018, Murathan Sarayli attended Bellevue College. However, it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time.
Following their time at Bellevue College, from 2018 to 2020, Murathan Sarayli enrolled in the University of Washington, where they successfully completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science.
