Rachel Zenn has significant experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Bluecore since September 2019. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior Account Manager at Zeta Global from April 2012 to August 2019 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at People's United Equipment Finance Corp. from July 2010 to April 2012, where responsibilities included supporting legal tasks and managing office functions. Earlier experience includes roles as an intern at Coldwell Banker and as an administrative assistant at Beth Cooper Lawrence Architects, along with a position as a Sales Associate at Kids at Heart. Rachel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Hartford between 2006 and 2010.
