Ravi Somayaji has extensive work experience in engineering, product development, and leadership roles. Ravi is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at bluecopa since June 2023. Prior to that, from January 2022 to June 2023, Ravi held an Engineering Leadership position. From January 2021 to December 2021, they worked as the VP Product Engineering - Contextual Banking at Open Financial Technologies. Before that, Ravi co-founded OPTOBIZZ and served as its Director from October 2017 to January 2021. Ravi has also worked as a Principal Engineer at EMC, a Senior Product Architect at Sprinklr, a Software Consultant at Diamond Light Source, a Developer/Analyst/Consultant at E-Somayaji Pvt Ltd., and a Senior Product Development Engineer at TIBCO Software Inc. Ravi started their career as a Senior Development Engineer at Pramati Technologies in 2005.

Ravi Somayaji obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology University - Manipal Institute of Higher Education, completing their education from 1999 to 2003.
