Rachel L. Tillison, Esq. has a diverse background in the legal field. Rachel L. started their career as a Helen O'Bannon Fellow at the Women's Law Project, where they focused on women's and family advocacy issues in Pennsylvania. During this time, they worked closely with the Senior Staff Attorney and played an instrumental role in organizing a statewide campaign.
Rachel then moved on to Bryn Mawr College, where they served as an Information Services Student Support Technician. Rachel L.'snext position was at Pan Am Railways, Inc., where they held the role of Legal Intern and later Corporate Counsel. Rachel L. also conducted legal research and aided in case analysis and development. As Corporate Counsel, Rachel managed an extensive collection of trademark and copyright assets both in the United States and internationally. Rachel L. prepared and filed trademark and copyright applications in the U.S. and utilized platforms such as WIPO and EUIPO systems.
After their time at Pan Am Railways, Rachel joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Contracts Specialist (Americas). In this role, they focused on contract management and negotiations. Rachel L. ensured compliance with legal requirements and provided support to the company's sales and finance teams.
Most recently, Rachel worked as a Contracts Manager at Fisher BioServices. Here, they oversaw contract administration and provided legal support to various departments within the company.
Currently, Rachel is employed as a Legal Analyst at BlueConic, where they utilize their legal expertise to analyze and advise on legal matters.

Rachel L. Tillison, Esq. obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Intellectual Property Law from New England Law | Boston in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College in 2012, with a focus on Modern Political and Cultural Systems. In 2011, they also pursued Spanish Language and Literature studies at Universitat de Barcelona. Additionally, Rachel obtained certification as a Massachusetts Attorney from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in November 2015.
