Sandeep Kandalwar's work experience includes being the Founder & CEO of Bluecoin IoT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since May 2018. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Enlighted Inc from April 2017 to March 2018, and also held the position of Sales & Field Engineering (APAC) from January 2012 to March 2017 at the same company. Before joining Enlighted Inc, they worked as a Field Application at Osram India P Ltd, Siemens Company from January 2011 to December 2011. Prior to that, they were a part of the Product Management Group at Wipro Lighting from June 2007 to January 2011, and also worked at Wipro Lighting as part of the Lighting Solutions Group from June 2004 to August 2006.

Sandeep Kandalwar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in Nagpur. Sandeep attended the college from 2000 to 2004.
