Deniz Berfin Kotan is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blueclip, responsible for creating job descriptions and reviewing candidate profiles since January 2023. Prior to this role, Deniz served as Active Communication Staff at LOSEV from May 2022 to January 2023, facilitating communication between donors and the foundation while conducting health seminars for children aged 5-17. An internship at the Migration Policies and Projects Department of the İçişleri Bakanlığı occurred in December 2020, focusing on research related to Turkey's migration policies. Additionally, a volunteer internship with ASAM in 2018 involved engaging migrant children through activities and observing job seeker interviews. Deniz holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Hacettepe University and participated in the Erasmus+ Programme in International Business at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk.
