German A. Mendez has extensive experience in operations management within the retail sector, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at BlueChip Pros since August 2021. Prior to this role, German held multiple leadership positions at Macy's from October 2008 to March 2021, including Director of Operations Visual Merchandising and District Director of Operations and Asset Protection. Additional experience includes serving as an Operations Manager at both Kohl's Department Stores and Sears Holdings Corporation. German earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Electrical Technology from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) between 1995 and 1998.
