Candice Lanois is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate, manufacturing, and power and utilities industries. Currently serving as Finance Manager at BlueCat since March 2015, Candice has also held positions as Financial Analyst at the same company, Business Budget Planning Analyst at York Region Rapid Transit Corporation, and Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young. Possessing strong knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX reporting, Candice excels under pressure to meet reporting deadlines. In addition to professional experience, Candice has demonstrated leadership skills through roles in the Accounting Finance Student Association and various capacities at the University of Waterloo, where both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management were pursued, alongside a minor in Human Resources Management.
