Arjan B. is a seasoned sales development professional with significant experience in managing teams and driving new business growth across various regions. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Development for North America and EMEA at BlueCat since March 2022, Arjan has successfully built a global team, generating a $19 million USD new business pipeline and achieving 130% of sales targets for FY24. Previous roles include Manager of Enterprise Business Development at SOTI, where Arjan achieved Presidents Club status by exceeding sales targets, and other positions focusing on business development and account management in different companies. Arjan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
