Gemma Arris currently serves as Care Manager at Bluebird Care since October 2022. Previously, Gemma held positions at Swan Housing Group from May 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included Young People Service Manager and Child Safeguarding Lead. From January 2014 to May 2018, Gemma worked as a Prison Officer for Their Majesty's Prison Service (HMPS). Gemma possesses a Higher National Diploma Level 5 in Science Management, earned from Southwest College University Northern Ireland between 2009 and 2012, and is an alumnus of Omagh Academy Grammar, graduating in 2005.
