Amanda Webb currently serves as the Director of People Partner and Learning & Development at bluebird bio, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Dell Technologies from April 2013 to May 2023, including Associate Director of People Partner, where responsibilities centered on enhancing leader capabilities through targeted learning experiences, and Senior Advisor for L&D and RHR Management Services, focusing on global leader effectiveness and innovative HR solutions. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Sanofi Genzyme, supporting a large manufacturing operation, and Human Resources Manager at Iron Mountain, where strategic HR initiatives were developed to meet organizational goals. Early career experience includes an HR Assistant position at Enterprise Community Partners. Amanda holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a BA in Communications & Psychology from Alfred University.
