De'Andrae Polk has worked in a variety of roles in the supply chain and logistics industry since 2004. De'Andrae began their career as a Logistics Specialist in the United States Air Force, followed by a role as an Inventory Control Supervisor at Safelite AutoGlass. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Supply Chain Specialist at Baylor Scott & White Health. De'Andrae then moved to Methodist Health System as a Supply Coordinator before taking on the role of Asset Management Analyst at Parkland Hospital in 2015. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager at BlueBin Inc. since 2020, where they are responsible for tactical oversight, operational management, execution, and training of the BlueBin management system.

De'Andrae Polk has a comprehensive educational background. De'Andrae began their studies in 2008 at American Military University, where they studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. De'Andrae then obtained certifications in Forklift Safety and Inspector, Hazmat Transportation Safety, Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), and Lean Six Sigma from 2005 to 2014. In 2018, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Dallas College North Lake Campus. De'Andrae also obtained a Supervisor Certification Program (SCP) from North Lake College in 2019. De'Andrae is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they expect to complete in 2022.
