Patrick Graham is an experienced professional in customer success and business development with a strong focus on the Middle East and Africa. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Blue Yonder since July 2018, Patrick has a solid background in consulting services, having held the position of South Africa Practice Director at JDA Software from December 2009 to July 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Oracle (May 2007 - November 2009) and UCS Solutions (April 2004 - November 2007). Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management from Rosebank House College, earned between 1991 and 1993.
