Kaare Neist has been working in the engineering field since 2016. Kaare began their career as a Marine Engineer Apprentice at MAERSK LINE A/S in 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Software and Support Technician at DamGaard Automatik A/S. In the same year, they also began working as a Project Engineer at Blue World Technologies.

Kaare Neist obtained a Bachelor's degree in Søfart from MARTEC Alumni in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Gymnasieeksamen from Støvring Gymnasium in 2014.
