Pramod Pawar currently serves as an Information Technology Delivery Manager at Blue Star Limited, a leading HVAC&R company in India, since December 2022. Prior to this role, Pramod held various positions at Adani Green Energy Ltd. as a Project Manager and at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where responsibilities included managing projects related to new model launches and supporting product development initiatives. Pramod’s career began as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from MIT College of Engineering and a Diploma in Computers from SSVPS Polytechnic Dhule.
