Daiana Babolene Bevacua has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People Experience & Development Coordinator at Blue Star Group since May 2015. In this role, Daiana has acted as a strategic partner in the Retail sector, focusing on HR process implementation, compliance, recruitment, and selection of personnel. Previous roles at Blue Star Group included Employee Experience Analyst SR and HR Business Partner, specializing in compensation and wellbeing. Earlier career experience includes working as an Analista de Capacitación and a receptionist at Diagnóstico Maipú por Imágenes S.A. Daiana holds a Licenciatura in Dirección del Factor Humano from Universidad Escuela Argentina de Negocios and a Diplomatura in Recursos humanos from Universidad de Belgrano, completed recently in October 2023.
