Zoty Ponce began their career in 1993 at Sage Enterprises, Inc., where they held the role of Sales & Operations Management. In 2004, they moved to Blue Star Foods, where they served as Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, and Operations Manager.
Zoty Ponce is currently studying Business Administration and Management at FIU & MDCC. Zoty has also obtained certifications in BRC Training, CRM Certified, Emotional Intelligence, HACCP Certified, and SQF Practitioner from NSF.
