Noeleen Tillman

Chief Operating Officer at Blue Star Families

Noeleen Tillman has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Noeleen served as the Chief Operating Officer of Blue Star Families from August 2014 onwards, where they oversaw the organization's daily activities and executives. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Blue Star Families from October 2010 to August 2014, where they directed outreach, communication, and fundraising strategies and established key partnerships.

Noeleen also served as the Executive Director of the International Institute for Sustainable Seaports (I2S2) from July 2009 to December 2019. In this role, they provided strategic direction and management for the institute, developing port-specific, sustainability-related tools and best practices for the maritime industry.
