Stephen Inscoe has worked in various roles since 1998. Stephen was Head of Research at HRO Group from 1998 to 2006, then Founder and CXO at Web3 Research and Development from 2006 to 2017, Co-Founder and CIO at BlueSleep from 2017 to 2019, and Regional Chair Moscow at FIBREE since 2019.

Stephen Inscoe attended the University of Birmingham.
