Mark Hamilford has a long and varied career in the business world. Mark began their career in 1992 as Head of Sales at Le Meridien Moscow Country Club, where they designed and developed the brand and product strategy as part of the marketing team. In 1995, they co-founded Intermark Relocation and in 2000, they co-founded Intermark Auto Leasing Limited (IAL). In 2001, they founded IMPRESS MEDIA, Издательский дом, a publishing house for Commercial Real Estate. In 2008, they co-founded Savills Russia and in 2011, they became Chairman of Intermark Hospitality. In 2018, they became Co-Founder / Chairman of BlueSleep and Co-Founder of SPEAR London Out Reach Non Profit for the Homeless. In 2020, they co-founded freshfoodforthefrontline.co.uk and in 2021, they became Co-founder at LifeSafe Technology Limited (LifeTidy).

Mark Hamilford attended Millfield School from 1981 to 1988 and Kingston University from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Business Studies HND.
