Lance A. Simon, CVEP has held various roles in the tech industry since 1984. Lance A. began their career as a Software Programmer and Product Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and was later praised by Dennis Roberson, VP Software Products, Digital for their exemplary work. After leaving Digital Equipment Corporation, Lance held various product marketing and product management roles at Silicon Valley Startups, PostX, Jamcracker, CommPartners, iCohere, Inc | Unified Learning System, Meetings Without Walls, Unified Learning Academy, ICS Learning Group, and Blue Sky eLearn. At ICS Learning Group, they closed and "very ripe" EOY pipeline over $250K first-year value business, company best and created detailed, repeatable sales process based on relationship-building and trust. Lance A. also grew qualified sales pipeline from zero to over $500K. At CommPartners, they doubled the company's revenues in three years and was the top salesperson in 2004, 2005 & 2006 with over $1M sales and more than 300 new accounts, 25% of company’s top clients by annual revenue. At Jamcracker, they re-positioned the company's message, revamped the pricing strategy, invented and managed the go-to-market process, organized the most successful sales event in the company's history, and set the standard for responsiveness to the field. Currently, Lance is the Sr. Director of Business Development at Blue Sky eLearn.

Lance A. Simon, CVEP has an educational background in both computer sciences and political science. Lance A. attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1982 to 1983 for graduate studies in computer sciences. Lance A. then went on to earn a BS in Political Science from San Francisco State University. In addition to their educational background, Lance has obtained two certifications: "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn in October 2018 and "The Certified Virtual Events Producer" from iCohere Inc in January 2013.
