Brian Small has held various positions in the software development industry since 1997. Brian began their career as the Founder and CTO of Small Wonders Software. In 2003, they moved to ScriptLogic Corporation as the VP of Product Development. In 2008, they joined Quest Software as a Sr. Mgr, Software Development. In 2012, they moved to Dell in the same role. Finally, in 2014, they returned to their roots as the Founder and CTO of Blue Shoe Software.

Brian Small attended the University of Central Florida from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
