Stephanie Williams-Rogers, PAHM, currently serves as Senior Manager of Population Health Equity and Senior Manager of Stakeholder Engagement at Blue Shield of California, focusing on community and provider relations. In addition to these roles, Stephanie is the President of the Board of Trustees for Brentwood Union School District and previously served as Chair of the City of Brentwood Parks and Recreation Commission. Stephanie founded Inclusion Management Group LLC, advising healthcare and non-profit organizations on inclusion strategies. With a background at Kaiser Permanente in diversity and inclusion and extensive experience managing operational and strategic initiatives, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge in health administration and stakeholder engagement. Education includes a Baccalaureate of Arts in Mass Communications from California State University - East Bay and a Master of Health Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
