Rick McJenkin, PMP, CSM, is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently at Blue Shield of California since November 2017, McJenkin leads IT project management for the California state bill mandate project, focusing on application changes in Informatica and ESB systems. Previous roles include managing critical infrastructure projects at Allianz Insurance and a series of project management positions at Blue Shield of California and Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities encompassed Health Care Reform mandates and EOB implementations. McJenkin's extensive expertise is supported by a master's degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
