Kiran Puppala has extensive experience in quality engineering and program management, currently serving as the Head of Data Services & Corporate Systems Quality Engineering at Blue Shield of California since March 2014, overseeing quality engineering for data warehouse projects and managing multiple teams with 65 direct reports. Prior to this role, Kiran worked at Motorola Solutions from March 1997 to January 2014 in various positions, ultimately as Global Engineering Support Manager, where responsibilities included managing global engineering teams, optimizing customer support processes, and achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational metrics. Kiran began the career as a Software Engineer at Endeavor Information Systems, focusing on software development and system administration tasks. Kiran holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karnatak University.
