Vaughn Aust is an experienced operating partner with a strong background in sales operations, product management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Blue Rocket Incorporated since February 2024, Vaughn leads pricing and sales operations transformations for multiple clients. Previous roles include COO at Gemini, where Vaughn drove the development of a software solution for organizational design, and COO at Spark Your Channel, culminating in the company's exit to 360Insights. Earlier experience encompasses senior roles at Blue Rocket, MarketStar, and Publicis Hawkeye, where Vaughn implemented strategic initiatives that significantly enhanced efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. Vaughn holds a BA in Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business and completed the Omnicom Senior Management Program at Babson College.
