Roxana Hernandez, SCP, PHRca, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing employee relations and compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Blue River PetCare since September 2019, Roxana develops and implements employee management strategies for a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees across 30 states. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at First Cash Financial Services, Inc., where management of employee relations spanned 11 states and 1,600 employees, and Senior Specialist in Field Management Training at The Wendy's Company, overseeing corporate training for thousands of managers.
